The complete shareware version of Anno Domini 2004 can be downloaded as one 2.73 MB file or as two floppy disk images. You must agree and abide to the Anno Domini 2004 terms and conditions in the Distribution and End User Agreement below before proceeding with installation. Full installation instructions are detailed below. Please print this web page for reference.

Installation of Anno Domini 2004
Step 1 ...
Ensure that the size of the downloaded files match those noted above. Re-download files if necessary.
Step 2 ...
Run either ADZIP400.EXE or AD4ZIP1.EXE program and the following dialog appears:
Click the "Next>" button to proceed.
Step 3 ...
The following dialog now appears asking you where you want to store the temporary files:

The installer defaults to the path C:\Temp - if you want to you can click on the Browse button to change where these temporary files will be installed to a place of your choosing.
Click the Next> button and the installation files will be unzipped to your temporary directory.
Step 4 ...
Extraction of the compressed files will be confirmed in the following dialog that now appears:

Click the Finish button to proceed.
Step 5 ...
The Anno Domini 2004 Installer will appear showing four possible options as below:
Click on the Install Anno Domini 2004 button.
Step 6 ...
You are now asked if you wish to proceed. Click the Yes button if you want your PC to reboot before installation. Otherwise, click the "No" button and installation will proceed immediately.

Step 7 ...
The following dialog will appear. Click the "Next>" button to proceed.
Step 8 ...
You are now asked where you want the Anno Domini files to reside as below.
The installer defaults to the path C:\Anno Domini 2004 - if you want to you can click on the Browse button to change where the Anno Domini files will be installed to.
Click the Next> button to proceed. A message then appears asking whether you wish to create a new folder.

Click the "Yes" button to create the folder. Then click the "Next>" button to start the file copying.
Step 9 ...
After all Anno Domini files are copied, the following confirmation appears:

Click the Finish button to proceed.
Step 10 ...
Anno Domini 2004 automatically starts and confirms a successful installation as below.

Should you have any problems installing Anno Domini 2004, please e-mail support@anno-domini.net noting at which point the installation failed, any errors that are displayed and what version of Windows you are using and await guidance.
The trial version of Anno Domini 2004 may be used for evaluation purposes at the user's own risk for a period of 28 days from the date of installation. At the end of the trial period, the user must either register their copy to continue using the software, or remove it from their PC system.
The trial version may be freely distributed in unregistered form, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Anno Domini 2004 without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.
