Desktop function of the Plus! pack has been limited to Windows 2000 and XP users

(19) The location for Townsville, Australia has
been corrected to note no Daylight Saving Time;
(18) The Desktop Clock is now cleared from view

when the Create Shortcuts/URLs function is used or during an update procedure;
